Kiine Girls’ is an Aglican-Sponsored school. The Christian Union at Kiine Girls’ High School comprises over 200 members. There are 3 key officials i.e. the Chairperson, Secretary and the Treasurer. However, there are also class representatives and other departments like the Praise and Worship group, Instrumentalists, Hospitality, Quality Assurance and Discipleship among others.
The C.U Patron, in liaison with the school chaplain and the school administration generate the school programs geared towards the spiritual nourishment of the students. This includes: Sunday Students’ Services and mid-week fellowships, revival, baptism and confirmation forums.
The Christian Union aims at bringing forth wholistic individuals who can be noble vessels of use by God. For this reason, students are given chances to minister during mid-week fellowships (Wednesday lunch break and Saturday fellowship). A good number comprises the Sunday school teachers at the Kiine ACK Local Church. There is a zeal to nurture other talents in the school.
The Christian Union believes in having the potential to realize and achieve all the good things that God has promised for a good life. Their driving force is in Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. In addition, they embrace faith, prayer righteousness and the fear of God.
May the LORD God continuously shine His light upon our feet at Kiine Girls’ High School. AMEN.
